Mesoni was founded on a multidisciplinary background developed between Italy and the UK, combining technical construction knowledge with design sensitivity and commercial awareness.

This allows us to approach projects not just from a design perspective, but with a full understanding of how decisions impact buildability, cost and long-term value.

Alongside projects in London, Mesoni is actively pursuing international opportunities, particularly in Italy, where rising demand for high-end refurbishment and development is creating new opportunities for investors and private clients.

Led by Experience

Mesoni, led by Simone Pinducciu, whose background spans multiple areas of construction, guides clients from structural understanding to project coordination and delivery.

Having grown up in a family-run construction environment in Sardinia, Simone developed an early, practical understanding of how projects are built, not just designed. This foundation was later formalised through extensive training in Italy, where he studied across disciplines including surveying, construction, and engineering.

After relocating to the UK, Simone applied this multidisciplinary approach to high-end residential projects, bringing a more integrated and structured perspective to project delivery. His experience across different roles allows him to understand how decisions impact not only design, but also cost, programme and buildability.

Today, this combined background forms the basis of Mesoni’s approach: a client-side perspective focused on coordination, clarity and control throughout the entire process.
