Our team supported the delivery of bespoke joinery, a tailored kitchen, built-in dining banquette, bedroom wardrobes, refined bathrooms, lighting, brass fittings, finishes, furniture and specialist details. While coordinating the design elements, Mesoni also managed the programme, reviewed costs, challenged proposals and helped secure savings through the procurement process.

Through regular site reviews and detailed snagging, we monitored quality, tracked outstanding items and helped guide the project through to handover. The result is a warm, highly detailed home where design, functionality and finish feel carefully considered throughout.
